Coaches
Encourage members and celebrate their wins.
Coaches support the whole Boost group, encourage members, welcome newcomers, and direct participants to the video library and other resources.
The role
What coaches do
- Welcome new members personally.
- Participate in Tuesday and Thursday boosts as much as possible.
- Consider reaching out to their own subscribers if those subscribers stop participating.
- Share one small member win on Fridays that encourages one of their subscribers.
- Encourage authentic conversations and help participants find answers.
Boundaries
What coaches don't do
- Promise subscriber numbers or growth.
- Hand out ready-made comments or restack wording for participants.
- Sell paid products inside the group. Any personal product conversations belong outside the group, in private direct messages, and coaching is never permission to pressure members.
- Handle conflicts or platform problems alone.
